CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES
If you would like to cancel or make changes to your order, you can do so provided that the order is within 24 hours.
Please understand that we will not be able to cancel your order nor make any changes beyond 24 hours after payment confirmation as we do our best to process and ship out items as fast as possible.
We will not be liable for incorrect address or other wrong information provided by customers during the Checkout process that results in lost package(s) or missed delivery by couriers.
It is the customer's responsibility to check the information provided on our website and as shown on the Order Confirmation page.
Send us an email immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if you noticed any wrong information, need to make changes, or cancel the order.
REFUND, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Please note that since all Face Masks and Face Shields are hygiene products, it is non-returnable for reasons of health and safety. It goes without saying that those items are not the same as regular retail items due to their unique nature. So please choose carefully as all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind.
All our masks arrive in a sealed bag and the seal must remain intact for a return to be accepted and refund processed. We will not accept returns of masks that have been unsealed in the interests of hygiene and for the protection of our customers.
We will only process a replacement or refund if your unsealed order contained the damage, has a manufacturer defect, or is in an unsatisfactory condition, and incorrect items.
Please note that mask colors depicted on the website may vary slightly from the actual mask due to differing screen tones represented on some personal computers, laptops, and mobile devices. We accept no responsibility for these variances and refunds will not be given for such differences.
Refunds are processed immediately once you receive via email the refund confirmation or refund receipt from us.
It will take anywhere between 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank, for the refunded amount to show on your account or credit card statement.
If you have not received your refund after that time period, please contact your bank, as there is sometimes a processing window before the refund amount is posted.
We will not provide refunds for any orders that were refused during delivery until the online tracking information shows it has been successfully returned to our warehouse.
This is due to some shipping courier improperly re-routing delivery back to our warehouse, resulting in the complete loss of the goods. That is why we prefer to set up returns after you receive the item.
Depending on the circumstances of the order, CanadaProtection™ reserves the right to grant or decide whether a full refund, partial refund, or replacement will be necessary since every customer scenario is different and must be treated individually.
